Summer 2007:  Dirt work completed on Phase I,II and part of III

Fall 2007: Phase I initial gravel completed

December 2007: Titles available for Phase I.  Lots 7,12 & 13 are sold.

Titles are available for Lots 8,9 & 10.  Purchase your lot now and start building right away.

March 2008:  Lot 8 has been sold.

Road to Phase II and III has been closed for Spring melt and will open when gravel can be applied.

Construction on Lot 8 has commenced!

Road to Phase II and III is now open.  It will be closed during and after rain until it dries.  Gravel will be applied in July.

Work on Phase II continues to progress.  Purchase your lot now as titles will be available in September or earlier.

A test well on Lot 2 was drilled proving without a doubt that a more than adequate water supply is available under the subdivision. 

Power for lots 1,2,7,8,9,10,12 and 13 is complete.  Power for the rest of Phase II scheduled for completion in October 2008. 

Natural Gas upgrades for Whitetail Ridge Estates have been completed.

Initial gravel prior to paving is complete on Phase I and II.  Phase III is closed off when the road is wet as there is no gravel in place.  Phase III construction is not anticipated prior to 2010.

Construction on Lots 7&13 is well underway.  The first residents of Whitetail Ridge Estates have moved into Lot 8.  Welcome!

Power for all of Phase I & II is in as of Fall 2008.

Paving of Phase I and II is planned for late summer 2009.
